    Can I add an item to my order?

    Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to add items.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    The following payment methods are accepted: Maestro/Bancontact, Credit Card and PayPal

    Will I be charged for customs and import?

    You will not be charged for any additional charges!

    Since we only ship to Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany, orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will not be subject to any additional charges.

    Where do you ship to?

    We ship to Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, and Germany.

    Why do you ship only to these countries?

    We are concentrating on the local market and neighbouring countries as we are just launching our e-commerce initiative.  Since we are only producing on a limited scale, we cannot yet meet the needs of a larger or global market.

    What are the shipping fees?

    Shipping fees vary per country and per shipping provider

    How long will my order take?

    Processing time may take up to 7 business days.

    Shipping time may take between 1-21 business days.

    Where can I see the status of my order?

    When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided.
    Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace link.

    If you haven’t received an email from us, be sure to check your spam folder.

    Do you have an offline shop?

    We currently do not have an offline shop.
    - But feel free to gift us one ;)

  • Returns & Exchanges

    How do I return an item?
    • You have a right to return the product until 14 calendar days after you have received your order.
      Please contact us on (insert e-mail) if you wish to return an item.

      Please read the requirements below:
    • All products must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your item
    • All products must be unworn and unwashed
    • All products must be in original condition and with item packaging
    • Returns are at the customer’s expense

    My order has a wrong/missing/damaged item.

    In case you received a faulty or defective product, the item will be assessed by Mirahi.

    You will need to send a photo of the error/defect for our review. In cases of a faulty or defective product, or the mistake was on our end, Mirahi will refund the shipping.

    You must notify us of defective or faulty products within the 14 calendar days return period. After that time, buyer is not covered by the warranty policy.

    Will I be refunded for the full amount of my order?

    We will refund the full order. Shipping costs, however, will be deducted.

    When do I get my refund?

    We process the refund as soon as possible after receiving the package.

    My payment didn’t go through

    There are several possible reasons why a payment might have failed:

    • Faulty card information—double-check for errors!
    • Incorrect billing information (make sure it matches the information on your card).
    • Not enough available funds on your bank account
    I didn't receive a confirmation mail of my order.

    Make sure to check your spam folder as well!

    If you truly do not have it, it is possible that you entered an incorrect e-mail address.
    Our system may occasionally fail to send out order confirmations.

    Please contact us via our contact form or at info@mirahi.io with your name and e-mail address from the checkout.

    We will verify your email address and resend your order confirmation.

    I've added a wrong shipping address, what do I do?

    Fill out our contact form or send us an email at (insert e-mail) with a detailed description of the problem and the correct shipping address.

    We will change the address for you if your order has not yet been processed.

    We are however unable to change it if it has already been shipped.

    How can I cancel my order?

    Please fill out our contact form or email us at info@mirahi.io with your order number.
    If your order has not yet been shipped, we will issue you a refund right away.

    How do I find my size?

    All of our shirts, sweaters and hoodies are unisex.
    You can view the size chart for an item on the dedicated product page.

    When will *x* be restocked?

    Our products are all limited edition meaning none of the products will be restocked. Grab yours before they are gone!

    Where can I view the size charts?

    The size chart for each item can be found in the item's description.
